HOW TO PREPARE SIMPLE BURGERS:
Place the minced meat in a bowl and season with a little salt, breadcrumbs, mustard, chopped garlic, oregano, egg yolk and pepper.
Mix the spices in the meat.
Mold the meat in the shape of burgers.
Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil on a grill pan. When is hot, add the burgers and grill them on both sides until golden. Turn off the heat and serve the burgers with bread, cheese and fries.
Ingredients
- 400 grams (14 ounces) minced pork
- 1/2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Oregano (to taste)
- A drizzle of vegetable oil
- Salt (to taste)
