HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE CHEESEBURGER
Step 1: In a large bowl, add the ground meat and season with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg yolk and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything with your hands and mold in the shape of burgers.
Step 2: Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the burgers and fry them on both sides over medium-low heat until golden, about 7 to 8 minutes (when turning the burgers, place a slice of cheese on top of each one).
Step 3: Turn off the heat, spread a bun slice with mayonnaise, on top, a lettuce leaf, the cheeseburger and a slice of tomato. Serve with fries.

- 1 egg yolk

- 4 cheese slices
