HOW TO MAKE BURGER WITH AMERICAN SAUCE
Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the ground meat. Season with salt, the chopped onion, milk, breadcrumbs, mustard, pepper, egg yolk, chopped garlic and the Worcestershire sauce. Mix with your hands the seasonings in the meat.
Step 2: Mold the meat and shape into burgers.
Step 3: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the burgers over medium-low heat on both sides for about 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4: Turn off the heat, transfer the burgers to a plate and set aside.
Step 5: For the sauce: In a small bowl, combine the sweet red pepper paste, honey, mustard and the Worcestershire sauce.
Step 6: Serve the burgers with toasted bread, fries and the delicious American sauce.
