HOW TO MAKE BURGER WITH AMERICAN SAUCE

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the ground meat. Season with salt, the chopped onion, milk, breadcrumbs, mustard, pepper, egg yolk, chopped garlic and the Worcestershire sauce. Mix with your hands the seasonings in the meat. Burger with American sauce step 1 and 2

Step 3: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the burgers over medium-low heat on both sides for about 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
