HOW TO MAKE STEWED BURGERS
Step 1: Mix the ground pork with the ground beef. Season with salt, one chopped onion, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, pepper, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 2: Mix well with your hands and shape into burgers.
Step 3: In a saucepan, add the olive oil and the remaining sliced onions. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown.
Step 4: Add the burgers, drizzle with white wine and cook the burgers on both sides on a low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off the heat and serve the burgers with white rice or fries.

- 200 grams (7 ounces) ground pork
- 200 grams (7 ounces) ground beef
- 1/2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 medium onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Mix the ground pork with the ground beef. Season with salt, one chopped onion, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, pepper, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce.
