    • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
    • 4 red apples
    • Salt (to taste)
    • 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) sliced raw bacon
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 150 ml (2/3 cup) water
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
    • Juice of one lemon
