HOW TO MAKE ROASTED PORK LOIN WITH ROSEMARY AND HONEY:

Step 1: Wash the unpeeled potatoes and give a small cut across on each one of them.

Step 2: Place the pork loin and the potatoes on a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, peeled garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and rosemary.
