HOW TO MAKE BAKED TURKEY LOIN WITH APPLE AND GARLIC
Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the mustard, honey, pepper, nutmeg and olive oil.
Step 2: Place the turkey loin on a baking dish and season with salt. Add the sliced apples and the unpeeled crushed garlic. Pour the mustard and honey sauce over the loin and the apples and marinate for about 1 hour.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

- 2 medium red apples
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a small bowl, combine the mustard, honey, pepper, nutmeg and olive oil.
