HOW TO MAKE PORK LOIN IN THE OVEN WITH TOMATO AND ONION:

Wash and cut the tomatoes into halves. Place the pork loin on a baking dish and with a sharp knife give 3 to 4 cuts across the loin. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, sliced onion, unpeeled crushed garlic, tomato cut into halves and olive oil. Directions
