In a bowl, combine the mustard, honey, grated garlic, paprika, nutmeg and olive oil. Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and season with salt.   • 800 grams (1 3/4 pounds) pork tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mustard, honey, grated garlic, paprika, nutmeg and olive oil.
  2. Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and season with salt. Drizzle with the honey mustard sauce and marinate for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  4. Bake until golden, about 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the tenderloin with the sauce.
  5. Turn off the oven and serve with fries or mashed potato.
