- 450 grams (1 pound) bread
- 150 grams (2/3 cup) softened butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF).
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, grated garlic, pepper and chopped rosemary.
- Cut the bread into slices and spread the previous mixture over the slices. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and serve.
