This is without a doubt for me the best stuffed bread in the world, it's a recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. At least once a year we get the family together and make this amazing and tasty appetizer!
It's a bread made with 6 simple ingredients, takes just 15 minutes to prepare and 25 minutes in the oven! It´s the perfect last minute appetizer for a Holiday Season!

Homemade bread - Main ingredient of this recipe.
Portuguese chouriço - To add flavor and color to the filling.
Mayonnaise and grated mozzarella cheese - Adds flavor and creaminess to the filling.
Oregano and garlic - Adds flavor to the filling.

HOW TO MAKE STUFFED BREAD
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF).
Step 2: Peel the skin off of the chouriço and cut the chouriço into pieces. Place the chouriço, the peeled garlic and the oregano in a food processor and pulse until well chopped.
Step 3: In a large bowl, mix the chouriço mixture, grated cheese and mayonnaise with a spoon.
Step 4: Cut off the top of the bread with a knife and remove the inside (reserve the bread crumb).
Step 5: Place the bread filled with the chouriço and cheese mixture and the bread crumb on a baking tray.
Step 6: Cover with the lid and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 7: Remove the bread from the oven and serve hot.
