HOW TO MAKE EASY CHEESY GARLIC BREAD
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF).
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese (75 grams (2 2/3 ounces)), grated garlic, mayonnaise, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
Step 3: Cut your mini baguettes lengthwise (don’t cut it all the way through to the base, so the slices remain attached at the bottom) and fill with the previous mixture.
Step 4: Wrap the baguettes in aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the baguettes from the oven and remove the aluminum foil. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (25 grams (1 ounce)) and bake for another 5 minutes.
