  • Juice of one lemon (about 75 ml (1/3 cup))
  • 2 lemon slices for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
