HOW TO MAKE GRILLED CHOPS WITH LEMO AND ROSEMARY:
Season the chops with salt, pepper, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped rosemary and juice of half lemon.
Heat a grill pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Add the chops and grill them on both sides over medium heat until golden.
Place the chops on a platter and garnish with chopped rosemary and the remaining lemon cut into quarters. Serve with fries or white rice.

- 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces) pork chops
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Rosemary (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- A drizzle of vegetable oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Season the chops with salt, pepper, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped rosemary and juice of half lemon. Let marinate for about one hour.
- Heat a grill pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil. When it's hot enough, add the chops and grill them on both sides over medium heat until golden, about 7 to 8 minutes.
- Place the chops on a platter and garnish with chopped rosemary and the remaining lemon cut into quarters. Serve with fries or white rice.
