HOW TO MAKE BEEF AND PORK TACOS:

For the tacos: In a bowl, put the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands. Put the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. Roll the dough, divide it into 12 pieces and flatten each one with a rolling pin. Tacos steps Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When it's hot, add the dough and cook on both sides until slightly golden brown.   • 100 ml (1/2 cup) water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • A drizzle of olive oil

  • 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) ground beef
  • 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes
  • Grated parmigiano cheese (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
