HOW TO MAKE BEEF AND PORK TACOS
Step 1:
For the tacos: In a bowl, add the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands.
Step 2: Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. Roll the dough, divide it into 12 pieces and flatten each one with a rolling pin.
Step 3: Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When it's hot, add the dough and cook on both sides until slightly golden brown.
Step 4:
For the filling: In a saucepan, add the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces, the chopped onion and the olive oil. Cook over low heat until the tomatoes start to break down.
Step 5: Add the ground meat and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 6: Fill the tacos with the meat, sprinkle with grated parmigiano cheese and serve.

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion
