HOW TO MAKE EASY YOGURT FLATBREAD

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, mix with a wire whisk the flour and salt. Add the yogurt and knead with a dough hook until the dough comes together in a ball. Easy yogurt bread dough

Instead of plain yogurt you can make these breads with greek yogurt (greek yogurt makes the bread even softer than natural yogurt).

    • 350 grams (2 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
    • 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) natural yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon salt
      • Optional: Olive oil sauce
         
    • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
    • 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
    • Rosemary (to taste)
    • 1 clove of garlic
