HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE PITA BREAD WITH OLIVE OIL SAUCE
Step 1: In a bowl of stand mixer, mix the flour and salt. Add the yogurt and mix in a mixer (with a dough hook) until the dough comes together in a ball.
Step 2: Place the dough over a table and knead it a little with your hands. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll the dough with a rolling pin.
Step 3: Heat a non-stick frying pan. Cook the bread on both sides about 5 to 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).
Step 4: Turn off the heat and set aside.
