HOW TO MAKE PORK LOIN IN THE OVEN:

Wash and peel the potatoes. Place the pork loin on a baking dish and with a sharp knife give some cuts across the loin. Add the potatoes, the onion cut into pieces, the unpeeled crushed garlic, white wine, salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil.   • 1 medium onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) small potatoes

  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine

Directions
