- 200 ml (about 1 cup) beer
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
