HOW TO MAKE PORK LOIN WITH BEER SAUCE:

In a bowl, mix the pepper, paprika, nutmeg, chopped garlic and olive oil. Pour the beer and mix a little more. With a sharp knife give 3 to 4 cuts across the loin.
