HOW TO MAKE SAUSAGE ROLLS
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Line a tray with parchment paper.
Step 2: Wash and cut the sausages in half.
Step 3: Roll out the dough on a table and, using a knife, cut the puff pastry into 24 small rectangles.
Step 4: Roll up the sausages in each rectangle of puff pastry.
Step 5: Place the sausage rolls on the tray (leave a little space between each roll so they don't stick together), brush with lightly beaten egg yolk and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until they start to brown.
Step 6: Turn off the oven and serve.
RECIPE TIPS
1. You can store this puffs at room temperature for up 2 to 3 days. Wrap in aluminium foil and place them in an airtight container.
