HOW TO MAKE FRIED SHRIMPS WITH MUSTARD
Step 1: In a frying pan, melt the margarine over low heat. When the margarine start to melt, add the chopped garlic, stir with a wooden spoon and cook over low heat about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the shrimps, season with a little salt, cover the frying pan with a lid and fry them over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 2: When the shrimps are almost fried, add the mustard, stir and cook for more 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve the shrimps with toasted bread.

- 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces) shrimps
- 100 grams (1/2 cup) margarine
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- Coriander (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)

When the margarine start to melt, add the chopped garlic, stir with a wooden spoon and cook over low heat about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
