HOW TO MAKE PORK WITH SHRIMP

Step 1: Season the meat with salt, unpeeled crushed garlic, pepper, red pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and white wine. Mix the seasonings in the meat and let marinate about 1 hour. Step 2: In a saucepan, cook the shrimps with water seasoned with salt and a peeled onion. Turn off the heat, drain the shrimps with a skimmer and let cool a bit. Remove the peel, season with lemon juice and set aside.

    • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    • 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper paste
    • 6 cloves of garlic

    3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the meat together with the marinade, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook the meat over medium-low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
