HOW TO MAKE STEWED PORK WITH SPAGHETTI AND SHRIMP
Step 1: Season the meat with salt, pepper, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce and chopped garlic.
Step 2: Cook the shrimps in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a small onion for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, drain the shrimps with a skimmer and let cool a bit. Remove the peel and set aside.
Step 3: In a large saucepan, add the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden. Add the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, stir and cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the meat, stir and cook for 20 minutes. Add the shrimp, stir and cook for more 15 minutes.
Step 4: Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt. Turn off the heat and drain the spaghetti.
Step 5: Add the spaghetti to the meat and shrimp saucepan and sprinkle with chopped coriander. Mix everything well, turn off the heat and serve.
