HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SPAGHETTI:

Step 1: Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt. When the spaghetti is cooked, turn off the heat, drain it and set aside.

Step 2: In a skillet, add the olive oil, tomatoes, lemon zest, grated garlic and salt. Stir and cook the tomatoes on a medium-low heat for about 8 minutes.

Step 3: Add the spaghetti to the skillet, mix well and turn off the heat. Season with a few drops of lemon juice and chopped parsley and serve.

  • 175 grams (6 1/4 ounces) spaghetti
  • 175 grams (6 1/4 ounces) grape tomato
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Water
  • 1 teaspoon salt to cook the pasta

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt. When the spaghetti is cooked, turn off the heat, drain it and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, add the olive oil, tomatoes, lemon zest, grated garlic and salt (1/2 teaspoon). Stir and cook the tomatoes on a medium-low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the spaghetti to the skillet, mix well and turn off the heat. Season with a few drops of lemon juice and chopped parsley and serve.
  4. Note: Make the pasta while cooking the tomatoes.
