HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SPAGHETTI:

In a saucepan, add the olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped onion and sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown. Add the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, the oregano and cook until the tomato start to break down
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt. Turn off the heat, drain the spaghetti and set aside. Add the spaghetti, grated cheese and the dried coriander leaves to the tomato pan. Mix everything well, turn off the heat and serve.

Directions

  2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt. Turn off the heat, drain the spaghetti and set aside.
  3. Add the spaghetti, grated cheese and the dried coriander leaves to the tomato pan. Mix everything well, turn off the heat and serve.
