HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SHRIMP:

Peel and wash the shrimps.
Put the olive oil, chopped onion and the chopped garlic in a skillet and sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown. Add the shrimps and season with salt, paprika, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Stir and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle with a little more chopped parsley and serve immediately.

  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Parsley (to taste)

Directions
