HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SHRIMP
Step 1: Peel and wash the shrimps.
Step 2: In a large skillet, add the olive oil, chopped onion and the chopped garlic. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown. Add the shrimps and season with salt, paprika, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Stir and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat, sprinkle with a little more chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- 600 grams (1 1/3 pounds) shrimp
- Juice of half lemon
- 1 medium onion
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Parsley (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Peel and wash the shrimps.
