- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) canned tuna
- 1 small onion
- Parsley (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Oregano (to taste)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork; set aside.
- Put the onion cut into chunks, the whole garlic, the oregano and the parsley in a food processor and pulse until well chopped. Put this mixture in a bowl together with the shredded tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and the lemon juice. Mix well with a spoon and serve with bread slices or toasts.
