HOW TO MAKE TUNA PÂTÉ:
Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork.
Place the onion cut into chunks, the peeled garlic, oregano and the parsley in a food processor and pulse until well chopped. Place this mixture in a bowl together with the shredded tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and the lemon juice. Mix well with a spoon and serve with bread slices or toasts. Bon appetit!!!

- 1 small onion
- Parsley (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
