- Canned tuna, onion, mayonnaise, mustard

HOW TO MAKE TUNA PÂTÉ:

Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork.
Place the onion cut into chunks, the peeled garlic, oregano and the parsley in a food processor and pulse until well chopped. Place this mixture in a bowl together with the shredded tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and the lemon juice. Mix well with a spoonTuna pâté on a large glass bowl and serve with bread slices or toasts.   • 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) canned tuna
  • 1 small onion
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Directions

  1. Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork; set aside.
  2. Place the onion cut into chunks, the peeled garlic, oregano and the parsley in a food processor and pulse until well chopped. Place this mixture in a bowl together with the shredded tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and the lemon juice. Mix well with a spoon and serve with bread slices or toasts.
