HOW TO MAKE TUNA PÂTÉ
Step 1: Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork.
Step 2: In a food processor, add the onion cut into chunks, the peeled garlic, oregano and the parsley. Pulse until well chopped. Place this mixture in a bowl together with the shredded tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and the lemon juice. Mix well with a spoon and serve with bread slices or toasts. Bon appetit!!!

- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) canned tuna
- 1 small onion
- Parsley (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork; set aside.
