HOW TO MAKE STUFFED EGGS:
Bake the eggs in a saucepan with water about 10 minutes. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and allow cool slightly. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks with the help of a spoon.
Place the egg yolks, nutmeg, mayonnaise, mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon in a food processor and pulse until obtain a creamy mixture. Pour the cream in a pastry bag and fill the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. Bon appetit!!!

Directions
