HOW TO MAKE STUFFED EGGS
Step 1: In a saucepan with water, bake the eggs for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Turn off the heat, peel the eggs and allow to cool slightly.
Step 3: Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks with the help of a spoon.
Step 4: In a food processor, add the egg yolks, nutmeg, mayonnaise, mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon. Pulse until obtain a creamy mixture.
Step 5: Pour the cream in a pastry bag and fill the egg whites. Garnish with paprika and serve.

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
