This is a recipe with excellent presentation and very easy to prepare. Eggs with a delicious filling sprinkled with paprika.

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • Paprika (to taste)


  1. Bake the eggs in a saucepan with water about 10 minutes. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and allow cool slightly. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks with the help of a spoon.
  2. Place the egg yolks, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon in a food processor and pulse until creamy.
  3. Pour the cream in a pastry bag and fill the egg whites. Sprinkle with a little paprika and serve.
