This is a recipe with excellent presentation and very easy to prepare. Eggs with a delicious filling sprinkled with paprika.
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- Parsley (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- A few drops of lemon juice
- Paprika (to taste)
- Bake the eggs in a saucepan with water about 10 minutes. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and allow cool slightly. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks with the help of a spoon.
- Place the egg yolks, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon in a food processor and pulse until creamy.
- Pour the cream in a pastry bag and fill the egg whites. Sprinkle with a little paprika and serve.
