HOW TO MAKE DOGFISH STEW WITH POTATOES, PEAS AND CARROT
Step 1: Wash, remove the bones and cut the dogfish into pieces.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add the peeled tomatoes cut into small chunks, chopped onion, peeled potatoes cut into pieces, peeled carrot cut into pieces, peas and the red pepper cut into strips. Season with salt, chopped garlic, white wine and olive oil. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Step 3: Then, add the dogfish and season with a little more salt and pepper. Stir and cook over low heat for more 10 minutes.
Step 4: Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve immediately.

- 350 grams (12 1/3 ounces) dogfish
- Pepper (to taste)
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1/2 red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 400 grams (14 ounces) potatoes
- 150 grams (1 cup) peas
- 1 medium carrot
- Coriander (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
