HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE ROASTED PORK LOIN:

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, grated garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Place the loin on a baking dish and with a sharp knife give 3 to 4 cuts across the loin. Drizzle with the previous mixture and marinate for 2 hours.   • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) pork loin
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, grated garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place the loin on a baking dish and with a sharp knife give 3 to 4 cuts across the loin. Drizzle with the previous mixture and marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  4. Roast the loin for 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the loin with the sauce.
  5. Turn off the oven and serve with fries or white rice.
