HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE ROASTED PORK LOIN:
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, grated garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Place the loin on a baking dish and with a sharp knife give 3 to 4 cuts across the loin. Drizzle with the previous mixture and marinate for 2 hours.

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) pork loin
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, grated garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place the loin on a baking dish and with a sharp knife give 3 to 4 cuts across the loin. Drizzle with the previous mixture and marinate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Roast the loin for 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the loin with the sauce.
- Turn off the oven and serve with fries or white rice.
