HOW TO MAKE EASY ROASTED PORK LOIN
Step 1: Place the pork loin on a baking dish and season with salt, unpeeled crushed garlic, pepper, nutmeg, mustard, sweet red pepper paste and white wine. Let marinate about 1 hour.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 3: Drizzle the pork with olive oil and bake until golden brown, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 4: Turn off the oven and serve with fries or white rice.
TIPS FOR EASY ROASTED PORK LOIN
1. If the loin starts to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
2. We usually roast the loin at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to roast, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors and the meat gets more tender.
3. If you have leftovers, store the meat in the fridge in a properly covered container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). To avoid drying out the meat, do not reheat the food in the oven, reheat it in the microwave.

- Pepper (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper paste
- Salt (to taste)
- Place the pork loin on a baking dish and season with salt, unpeeled crushed garlic, pepper, nutmeg, mustard, sweet red pepper paste and white wine. Let marinate about 1 hour.
