HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN SOUP:

Put the water, coriander, chicken and the peeled onion cut into pieces in a large saucepan. Season with a little salt and boil over high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to medium-high heat and simmer for about one hour.
Add the pasta and cook for more 10 to 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
