HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE:
Place the water, coriander, chicken and the onion cut into pieces in a pan. Season with a little salt and boil over high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to medium-high heat and simmer for about one hour. Add the rice and cook for more 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and serve.

- 800 grams (1 3/4 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
- 2 liters (8 cups) water
- Coriander (to taste)
- 200 grams (1 cup) rice
- 1 large onion
- Salt (to taste)
Directions
