HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE

Step 1: In a pot, add the chicken and season with salt, coriander and onion cut into pieces. Pour the water and boil over high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to medium-high heat and simmer for about one hour.

Step 2: Add the rice and cook for more 10 minutes.

Step 3: Turn off the heat and serve.
