HOW TO MAKE BAKED TURKEY LOIN WITH POTATOES:

Wash the unpeeled potatoes and give a small cut across on each one of them.
Place the turkey loin and the potatoes on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and chicken broth. Season with salt, nutmeg, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and peeled garlic. Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the loin and the potatoes with the sauce. Turn off the oven and serve.

    • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) turkey loin
    • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) small potatoes
    • 100 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth
    • 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 6 cloves of garlic
    • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    1. Wash the unpeeled potatoes and give a small cut across on each one of them.
    2. Place the turkey loin and the potatoes on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and chicken broth. Season with salt, nutmeg, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and peeled garlic.
    3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
    4. Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the loin and the potatoes with the sauce.
    5. Turn off the oven and serve.
