HOW TO MAKE TURKEY STEAKS
Step 1: In a saucepan, add the sliced onion, the pepper cut into strips, the peeled carrot cut into slices and the olive oil. Sauté on a low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Add the steaks and season with white wine, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce and cherry tomato. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and serve the turkey steaks with white rice or mashed potato.

- 375 grams (13 1/3 ounces) turkey steaks
- 1 medium onion
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium carrot
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) cherry tomato
- Pepper (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 1/2 green pepper
- Salt (to taste)
