HOW TO MAKE ROAST MEAT (À MONCHIQUE)

Step 1: Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Heat a non-stick grill pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When the olive oil is hot, add the meat and grill over medium-high heat on both sides about 6 to 7 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3: Meanwhile, in a frying pan, add the olive oil and the chopped garlic. Sauté over low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then, add the chopped parsley, stir and cook more 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 4: Transfer the meat to a cutting board and cut it into pieces with a sharp knife. Put the meat on a platter and drizzle with the olive oil mixture and lemon juice. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!!!

    • 1/2 lemon
    • Pepper (to taste)
    • 5 cloves of garlic
    • Parsley (to taste)
    • 75 ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
    • 1 drizzle of olive oil for grilling the meat
    • Salt (to taste)
