HOW TO MAKE GRILLED PORK (ASSADURA À MONCHIQUE)
Step 1: Season the pork steaks with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Heat a non-stick grill pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When the olive oil is hot, add the meat and grill over medium-high heat on both sides until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 3: Transfer the meat to a cutting board and cut it into pieces with a sharp knife; set aside.
Step 4: Meanwhile, in a frying pan, pour the olive oil and the chopped garlic. Sauté over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chopped parsley, stir and cook for more 1 to 2 minutes.

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Parsley (to taste)
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
