HOW TO MAKE PORK STEW WITH CARROT
Step 1: In a large saucepan, add the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, chopped onion, chopped garlic and the olive oil. Stir and cook over low heat until the tomato starts to break down.
Step 2: Add the pork and the carrots cut into small pieces. Season with red wine, salt, pepper and thyme. Stir and cook over low heat about 45 to 50 minutes.

- 1 large carrot
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Salt (to taste)
