HOW TO MAKE FRIED PORK WITH POTATOES:

Season the meat with salt, pepper, bay leaf, red pepper sauce and white wine. Let marinate about 1 hour.
Cook the potatoes in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt. Turn off the heat, drain the potatoes and set aside.
In a frying pan, add the olive oil, the unpeeled crushed garlic and sauté over low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the meat with the marinade, stir and cover the frying pan with a lid. Fry the meat on a medium-low heat about 15 minutes. Add the potatoes to the frying pan, mix in the meat and cook for more 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.   • 700 grams (1 1/2 pounds) small potatoes
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) white wine
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
