HOW TO MAKE BEEF STEW WITH POTATOES AND PEAS
Step 1: Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into cubes.
Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the olive oil, chopped onion, peeled garlic, the beef cut into cubes, potatoes, peeled tomato cut into small chunks, white wine, green pepper cut into strips, bay leaf and the peas. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir and cook on a medium-low heat for about 50 minutes.

- 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) potatoes
- 200 grams (1 1/3 cups) peas
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Pepper (to taste)
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 green pepper
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
