HOW TO MAKE BEEF STEW WITH RICE
Step 1: In a saucepan, add the peeled tomatoes cut into small chunks, chopped onion, chopped garlic and the olive oil. Stir and cook on a low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the meat and season with red wine, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and tomato pulp. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Add the rice and season with a little more salt. Mix the rice in the meat, pour the water and boil on a medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to a low heat and cook the rice for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and serve.

- 475 grams (about 1 pound) beef cut into cubes
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 tablespoons tomato pulp
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 250 grams (1 1/4 cups) rice
- 150 ml (2/3 cups) red wine
- 600 ml (2 1/2 cups) water
- Salt (to taste)
