  • Turkey steaks (about 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces))
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper sauce
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • Bay leaf (to taste)
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)


  1. Season the steaks with a little salt, bay leaf, pepper, red pepper sauce and white wine. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Place the olive oil, the onions cut into round slices and the whole garlic in a frying pan and saute until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add the steaks with the marinade and cook over medium-low heat about 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with parsley and serve the steaks with white rice or fries.
