RECIPE TIPS
1. If you want an even healthier recipe, you can replace sweet red pepper paste for fresh tomatoes to make the sauce (2 medium ripe tomatoes).
2. If you want to eat the steaks later or another day, store the steaks in the refrigerator in an airtight container (don't forget to let the steaks cool completely before storing in the refrigerator).
Never store the steaks for more than 2 days in the refrigerator. After this period, it may begin to lose quality and develop microorganisms.
3. Our suggestion is to marinate the steaks for 15 or 30 minutes. If you're short on time you can skip the marinade, the steaks won't be as tasty but in just 20 minutes you'll have the recipe ready to serve.
4. To make the turkey steaks more tender and juicy, cook the steaks over medium-low heat.
5. You can also season the steaks with fresh thyme or chopped rosemary. It always depends on your personal taste.
