HOW TO MAKE BAKED MEATBALLS

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the beef with the pork. Season the meat with salt, breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, egg yolk, nutmeg and mustard. Mix the spices well in the meat. Baked Meatballs step 1 and 2

Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
