HOW TO MAKE STEWED SWORDFISH

Step 1: Season the fish steaks with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sliced garlic. Marinate about 1 hour. Swordfish on a plate seasoned with lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic

Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the olive oil and the sliced onion. Sauté on a medium-low heat until the onion starts to turn slightly golden. Add the fish with the marinade and drizzle with white wine. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 3: Sprinkle with chopped coriander, turn off the heat and serve with fries.
