HOW TO MAKE STEWED SWORDFISH

- 6 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Coriander (to taste)
