HOW TO MAKE STEWED SWORDFISH:
Season the fish steaks with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sliced garlic.
In a saucepan, sauté on a medium-low heat the olive oil and the sliced onion until turn slightly golden. Add the fish with the marinade and drizzle with white wine. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped coriander, turn off the heat and serve with fries.

- 4 swordfish steaks (450 grams (1 pound))
- 2 medium onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
