HOW TO MAKE TUNA MACARONI:

Drain and shred the tuna with a fork; set aside.
Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with a little salt and a peeled onion. When the pasta is cooked, drain it with a skimmer and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, add the chopped onion, chopped garlic and the olive oil. Stir and sauté on a medium-low heat until the onion start to turn golden brown. Add the tuna, pepper and the tomato pulp. Stir and cook on a low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cooked macaroni, mix the pasta well in the tuna and cook for more 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
