RECIPE TIPS

1. You can replace canned tuna and make this recipe with other ingredients of your choice, such as cod, bacon, ground meat or leek.

2. I made this recipe with a package of salted potato sticks to make it quicker. If you have a little more time, my suggestion is to make your own potatoes. Wash, peel the potatoes and cut into thin sticks. Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil and, once fried, transfer the potatoes to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess oil.

3. If you have any leftovers or want to save the recipe for later, let it cool completely and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). You can store this recipe in the refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 days.
