HOW TO MAKE SAUSAGE, POTATOES AND EGGS
Step 1: Peel, wash the potatoes, cut into thin sticks and season with salt.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a deep fryer. Once the oil is shimmering, place the potatoes in the fryer. Fry until lightly golden.
Step 3: Transfer the potatoes to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess oil. Set aside.
