HOW TO MAKE RICE WITH SAUSAGES:
Place the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces, chopped onion, olive oil and the oregano in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the sausages cut into slices, the rice and season with a little salt. Stir, pour the water (about 700 ml (3 cups)) and boil over medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook the rice for 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped coriander, turn off the heat and serve.
