HOW TO MAKE HAM AND CHEESE OMELETTE

Step 1: On a dish bowl, beat the whole eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and beat a little more.

Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. When the olive oil is hot enough, pour the egg mixture and cook slightly over low heat. When the eggs start to cook, place the cheese and ham slices on top, and, let it cook a little more. Wrap the omelette with a spatula and let it brown slightly on both sides.

Step 3: Turn off the heat and serve the omelette with fries and lettuce salad.
