HOW TO MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan with margarine. When the margarine starts to melt, add the beaten eggs and stir with a spatula until the eggs start to cook. Do not let the eggs cook too much, the eggs should stay creamy and not too dry. Turn off the heat, pour the scrambled eggs over a toasted bread slice and serve.
