HOW TO MAKE CREAMY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
Step 1: In a large saucepan, add the skinless tomato cut into chunks, chopped onion, carrot cut into small pieces and the olive oil. Stir and cook over low heat until the tomato starts to break down, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, red wine, tomato pulp and thyme. Stir and cook over low heat for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
1. If you want an even healthier recipe, replace the tomato pulp for 2 fresh tomatoes.
2. If you want a juicier and more tender chicken, we recommend cooking the stew over low heat to enhance the flavors and seasonings that the recipe offers.
3. If you have leftovers or want to save the recipe for another time, store the chicken drumsticks in the fridge in an airtight container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms).
