HOW TO MAKE CREAMY CHICKEN
Step 1: Season the chicken with salt, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Step 2: In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat. When the olive oil is hot, add the chicken and the marinade. Stir, cover the pan and fry the chicken over medium-low heat for about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the egg yolks, the béchamel and the chopped parsley; set aside.
Step 4: When the chicken is almost fried, sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour. Mix the flour very well and remove briefly the pan from the heat.
Step 5: Add the béchamel and egg yolks mixture and mix everything very well. Place the pan back over heat and cook for more 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6: Turn off the heat and serve the chicken with fries.

- 75 ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 3 egg yolks
- 200 ml (about 1 cup) béchamel sauce
